High Noon Mobile Oil offers on-site vehicle maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Full Synthetic Oil Change

  • Full Synthetic Oil Change (Diesel)

  • Brake Pad Replacement

  • Brake Rotor Replacement

  • Spark Plug Replacement

  • Ignition Coil Replacement

  • Battery Replacement

  • Headlight Restoration

  • Fluid Top-Offs

  • Tire Pressure Check & Fill

  • Multi-Point Vehicle Safety Inspection

All services are provided via scheduled bookings only.

4. Payments & Billing

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Customers do not pay until services are completed. If you dispute a service, you must notify the technician immediately before payment is processed.

Deposits or Free Trials
We do not collect deposits or offer free trial services.

5. Service Area
High Noon Mobile Oil provides local mobile automotive services only. We do not ship products.
6. User Accounts

Users may create an account on our Site to:

  • View service history

  • Save vehicle information

  • Rebook services
     

Accounts may be created by anyone. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

7. Prohibited Activities
While using our Site or services, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity or attempt to disrupt the operation of our business or website.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, logos, images, graphics, branding, and materials—is the property of High Noon Mobile Oil and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. SMS Messaging Policy
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications, including:

11. Liability & Disclaimers
General Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” and at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding vehicle performance after service, beyond performing services with reasonable skill and care.

Vehicle Damage
High Noon Mobile Oil assumes no liability for any vehicle damage not directly caused by our service actions.
Any damage claims must be reported:

  • Immediately to the technician at the time of service, or

  • To customer service within 24 hours of service completion.
     

Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for mechanical issues, part failures, leaks, or other problems that existed before service or that are unrelated to the requested service.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Noon Mobile Oil and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any third-party claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Any misuse of your account

  • Any vehicle condition unrelated to our direct service actions
     

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed under Texas law, High Noon Mobile Oil’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service related to the claim.

13. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online.
We reserve the right to refuse service, reschedule appointments, or cancel bookings for safety reasons, weather conditions, or other operational concerns.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Texas.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
